Grahak Flow provides users with tools for customer relationship management, team collaboration, and workflow tracking. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Grahak Flow assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Registration and Accounts
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form, and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

5. Termination
You agree that Grahak Flow may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or (c) unexpected technical or security issues or problems.
6. Changes to Terms
Grahak Flow reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
